1. The artwork is for personal use only unless previously discussed in terms of commercial work.2. You are not allowed to edit, modify, trace, change or use my works without permission. Unless for profile icon or header with proper permission and credit!3. I am allowed to post your finished commission unless specifically asked not to beforehand.4. I will refund you the total amount paid if I no longer wish/cannot work on your commission for any possible reasons.5. I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason and I do not have to provide a statement for that. I will send a notice if that occurs.6. No matter payment or reasoning–My art will not be used for training AI generative programs such as ChatGPT, CharacterAi, Chai, or PolyAiPAYMENT METHOD7. Payments will be made with Venmo or Paypal and in USD.8. I do not accept refunds unless a reason is presented and I would prefer if you voiced problems/issues with me beforehand.9. I do prefer you sending in multiple references of the characters you wish me to draw. If i at all feel like i need to make stuff up in the drawing process there is a possibility of extra charges.I charge extra for revisions! Based on complexity and where i currently am at in the process will determine cost.
